Alternate Reality into my Real Reality

I went to sleep normally only to wake up in the dream (here we go false awakening and some lucid dreaming) to do my daily chores, and daily life, with a few changes, I ate, I exercised as I use too, went to college, and just took class and had social interactions with people. This went on for about…. a month? (In the dream, which has never happened to me) I lived a month in the dream, with even sexual relationships and things happening that have not happened in my real life.

In this month the mayor points of it was the death of my father (yes, there was a funeral and even the economic paperwork was done in it on a span of days) and ending the relationship with my girlfriend, with a high level of detail.

Bare with me, this is where it gets totally crazy (and scary). I go into sleep in the dream, only to wake up in the same position, I shaved in the dream that night before going to sleep, I wake up shaved, and here I am, walking to my daily routine of picking my pants and just sit down for a minute to wake up like I usually do, only to feel this heavy feeling of something wrong (keep in mind, I am still living the alternate reality with it’s mindset of all the things that happened in the dream month) but I can’t pinpoint what it is, only to get really scared and start just loosing it a little.

As I am like this I panic and look at my phone to search the texts (yes there was this level of detail, I even texted on the span of time), only to see that there were no texts whatsoever, so I did I phone call and I snapped into the true reality. This kind of dream has NEVER happened to me in my life, I have no idea what could it be at all, nor could I find something similar to this.
