Dreams have laways alluded to that fantastical realm (you know – what we always dream of!).
With all the Freudian concepts from the gloomy and sex-inhibited Victorian Era coming into the fray, I find that more and more psychologists do believe that dreams can have a deep psychological connection. Interpreting them really gives us some important insights into people and ourselves. It’s a window to our complex mind.
Once you are in-tune with yourself, the real inner you, the basic step to interpreting dreams is to decipher many of the individualistic hidden symbols and metaphors. Some of these symbols may be typical, and yet some may be unique.
It’s crucial to consider and analyze the flow of ‘information’ through the mind, not just when you’re asleep. Our subconscious images have a tendency to be related to our profoundly deep memories. This is how you begin to remember through the jumbled scope of lost memories, this is how you find the inconspicuous key to our mental enlightenment.
To interpret and solve yours and others’ dreams, start getting in-touch with yours OR their own personal perspective (depending on who the dream belongs to). One’s dream can be seen as a cryptic door to one’s mental state, so make sure you bring the right key. What I’m saying is, get into their state of mind.
This is when your mind actually shifts into alignment with theirs, and you can begin to understand the hidden relations.
We’ll be expanding a little more about how to solve dreams, so please stay tuned. This guide is likely to change and get updated in the future.
