While you are running in your dreams, your brain suddenly switches into its animal instinct and runs on four legs. That is amazing. The only time normal people switch into animal mode is when they are afraid.
But Most of the times I am enthusiastic and run without any fear.. in a very high speed..and I enjoy it !
This is an evolutionary adaption to practice your running and develop methods to run faster. Not, that running on all fours is going to help you, anyhow. Your brain just randomly goes back in time while you sleep. This could be genetic. Ask your parents if they have had such dreams.Answered By: fatefate( points )

I also have this dream, however i can never tell why im running. im just running, but i understand the fear part as there is a feeling of urgency to get “there” or away from “there” not ever sure which it is.
