Spouse\’s dead great grandmother

I can\’t shake this dream. I wasn\’t close to my spouses2 great grandmother but he was. Last night I dreamed of a woman I didn\’t know standing over my side of the bed with a look of terror on her face. So much so it scared me. I knew it was about a dead older woman. I woke a few times but kept going back into that same dream. Finally I realized she looked like that because she was seeing an angry corpse of my spouse\’s dead grandmother. She died back in 2007 so I don\’t know why I\’m having that dream. It\’s like she\’s trying to tell me something but I don\’t know why she would scare me or change how she died in my dream. She originally died of stomach cancer. We\’re taking care of her daughter (my husband\’s grandmother) now because she has dementia and we\’re living in the house she she used to live in but we\’ve always stayed there while were growing up. The dream is followed by another one whereI find a dog that looks like the one my husband\’s grandmother has but with more fur. (They\’re big dog lovers and her dog was injured yesterday. Hes okay but he is 18 years old and he\’s been staying with a relative since I can\’t take care of the dog and her and he\’ll be back with her by the weekend once he\’s healed). The dog isn\’t anyone recognizes and doesn\’t remember great grandma having. I call around and the people I call tell me they have no record of the dog but they do of her other dog she had when she was alive and that they can\’t help me. Please help me figure this out. I have had premonitions in the past that have come true and if she\’s trying to tell me something I\’m missing it.
